On October 27, a working meeting of the delegation of the Fund “Ukrainian Europe XXMMII” was held with the leadership of the local branch of the National Union of Local Historians of Ukraine: the Head of the Cherkasy Branch of the National Union of Local Historians of Ukraine, Vice-Rector for Humanities and Education of the Cherkasy State University of Technology Valentyn Lazurenko and the Deputy Chairman (head unions in the past) Vasyl Melnychenko.
During the meeting, it was agreed to direct joint efforts to preserve the cultural and historical heritage of the Cherkasy region and study a number of architectural monuments for possible in-depth research using modern methods and equipment.
