The District Administrative Court of the city of Kyiv received a lawsuit regarding the implementation of state policy in the field of education, science, culture, and sports. The plaintiff is the Deputy Prosecutor General (in the interests of the state), the defendant is the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine, reports the official website of OASK.
“The court is asked to oblige the Ministry to adopt a normative legal act to establish the limits and regimes of the use of protection zones of the National Museum of Folk Architecture and Life of Ukraine.
Among other demands of the lawsuit is to recognize as illegal certain provisions of the order of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism dated August 27, 2007 No. 984/0/16-07 regarding the approval of the boundaries and regimes of the use of monuments protection zones.
