Historian, local historian, archivist, journalist and writer. Doctor of historical sciences, head of the journalism department of Vinnytsia State Pedagogical University named after M. Kotsyubynskyi, Honored Worker of Culture of Ukraine (2001), Honored Regional Historian of Ukraine (2013).
Member of the board of the National Union of Local Historians of Ukraine and the Union of Archivists of Ukraine, head of the Vinnytsia regional organization of the NSKU.
Member of the National Union of Journalists of Ukraine, the first deputy head of the union of the Vinnytsia regional organization of the NSJU.
Head of the Vinnytsia branch and honorary member of the Podillia History Research Center of the Institute of History of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine at the Kamianets-Podilskyi National University named after I. Ohienko.
I am researching various aspects of the historical past of Ukrainian Podillia. The author of dozens of books and monographs, more than a hundred scientific works.
